4 Home Remedies For Headaches And Migraines



Headaches, including  migraines , are extremely common. Because headaches can stem from a variety of causes, some headache sufferers seek treatment on a near-daily basis. 1 - ginger :
Some ginger enzymes have the same action as aspirin on prostaglandins (molecules that participate in circulatory disorders involved in migraines). 
The homemade recipe: Cut three thin slices of fresh ginger into a bowl. Fill the bowl with warm water and cover. Let infuse for 30 minutes. Remove the ginger and drink.

2 - Cayenne pepper :


 
Cayenne pepper is mainly known in the kitchen, but it also has an analgesic action on migraines and in case of shingles thanks to the capsain it contains. Obviously, if you are frequently subject to headaches, you can add them in your dishes. But in a crisis, here's what to do:


The homemade recipe: dilute a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper in a glass of  warm water. Mix well so that the pepper does not remain at the bottom of the glass and soak cotton buds in this solution making sure they are covered with pepper and place them in the nostrils until you feel heat. This is not a very nice remedy but it helps to wipe out the headaches.

 
3- Apple cider vinegar :


Apple cider vinegar is an old cure who has many interesting properties for our health thanks to its high content of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sulfur and especially potassium. But the one that interests us especially is its analgesic action on headaches and migraine headaches.


The homemade recipe: 


inhaled, pour 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar into a bowl of hot and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes, placing your head under a cloth, over the bowl.

 In compress, pour 10 cl of cider vinegar into a bowl of boiling water. Let cool and soak compresses that you then apply to the forehead and temples for about twenty minutes.

4- A compress of essential oil of mint :


Headaches are frequently caused by stress or anxiety. During periods of overwork (psychic or physical), you should always have a bottle of essential oil of peppermint on hand, which will stimulate blood circulation and soothe cranial tensions.


The homemade recipe: moisten a compress and impregnate it with 5 drops of peppermint essential oil. Apply on the neck for about 10 minutes. Renew regularly for 2 hours (or until symptoms disappear).
