3- Cinnamon :




Cinnamon is a boost of brain activity, just the feel for it improves cognitive function and mood back.All these wonderful spices can be found at your local grocer, usually buried between basic cooking ingredients such as flour and sugar.The health food stores offer products such as ginkgo biloba, touted as the best herb to improve the circulation of blood flow to the brain. The suggestion of consumption is 80 mg three times daily.


4-Gotu kola : ( Centella asiatica )





Centella asiatica, commonly known as centella, is a small, herbaceous, annual plant of the family Mackinlayaceae or subfamily Mackinlayoideae of family Apiaceae, and is native to wetlands in Asia. It is used as a medicinal herb in Ayurvedic medicine, traditional African medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine.
