  •      Garlic : 

Against colds, flu, hypertension, aging, cancer ... Garlic is a staple health food! Virtues and instructions of this little magic treaser !

  - How To Consume : Herbal tea or energy drink or food .

  •       Cayenne :

Stimulates appetite, helps fight against infection, heals ulcers and intestinal inflammation .

-How To Consume : Add a pinch of raw and cooked foods. For an energy drink, add fruit juice or water .


  •       Cinnamon :

Effective against colds and if you are tired after a flu or a cold. Also used when the person s cold, in case of diarrhea and nausea. Stimulates appetite.hellps in losing wight. Gently stimulates the digestive system, promotes intestinal transit and  to Detoxify Your Body Naturally .


- How To Consume : To be added to food or tea, especially tea cinnamon ginger for pneumonia or tuberculosis .
     Feel free to sprinkle your dishes and desserts with cinnamon.

     Baking, cinnamon becomes bitter: therefore add it to your dishes after cooking!

-Warnings:
Cinnamon in large doses or in essential oil form is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women and young children.
     The cassia which certain compounds are harmful to the liver is avoided. Use only Ceylon cinnamon .

  •       Eucalyptus :
Eucalyptus leaf is used for infections, fever, upset stomach, and to help loosen coughs. The leaf is also used for treating respiratory tract infections, whooping cough, asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, osteoarthritis, joint pain (rheumatism), acne, wounds, poorly healing ulcers, burns, bacterial dysentery, ringworms, liver and gallbladder problems, loss of appetite, and cancer.
 
Have An anti-bacterial function, particularly the lungs and in case of bronchitis. Eucalyptus oil obtained from the leaves, increases blood flow and reduces the symptoms of inflammation .
 
How To Consume : Prepare a tea from the leaves or extract .
Diluted eucalyptus oil is applied directly to the skin for pain and swelling of respiratory tract mucous membranes, joint pain, genital herpes, and nasal stuffiness. It is also used as an insect repellent.
In dentistry, eucalyptus oil is included in products used as sealers and solvents for root canal fillings.
In foods, dried eucalyptus leaf is used as a flavoring agent.
In manufacturing, eucalyptus oil is used as a fragrance in perfumes and cosmetics. It is also used as a mouthwash, antiseptic, liniment and ointment, and in toothpaste, cough drops, and lozenges.

 -Warnings : Eucalyptus oil should not be taken by mouth or applied to the skin full-strength. It must be diluted for safety.

  •       Ginger :


Improves digestion, energizes, relieves diarrhea,hellps in losing wight and stimulates appetite. Used for the treatment of colds, flu and nausea to Detoxify Your Body Naturally .

- How To Consume : Either use as a spice in food or tea .

 -Warnings :

-Pregnancy : Ginger is LIKELY SAFE for most people. Some people can have mild side effects including heartburn, diarrhea, and general stomach discomfort. Some women have reported extra menstrual bleeding while taking ginger.
-Breast-feeding: Not enough is known about the safety of using ginger during breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and don’t use it.

-Bleeding disorders: Taking ginger might increase your risk of bleeding.

-Diabetes : Ginger might lower your blood sugar. As a result, your diabetes medications might need to be adjusted by your healthcare provider.

-Heart conditions: High doses of ginger might worsen some heart conditions.


When ginger is applied to the skin, it may cause irritation.

  •       Parsley :


Parsley is used for urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones (nephrolithiasis), gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, constipation, jaundice, intestinal gas (flatulence), indigestion, colic, diabetes, cough, asthma, fluid retention (edema), osteoarthritis, “tired blood” (anemia), high blood pressure, prostate conditions, and spleen conditions. It is also used to start menstrual flow, to cause an abortion, as an aphrodisiac, and as a breath freshener .


- How To Consume : Eating raw or cooked with food.
Some people apply parsley directly to the skin for cracked or chapped skin, bruises, tumors, insect bites, lice, parasites, and to stimulate hair growth.
In foods and beverages, parsley is widely used as a garnish, condiment, food, and flavoring.
In manufacturing, parsley seed oil is used as a fragrance in soaps, cosmetics, and perfumes.

 -Warnings : Parsley seems to be safe for most adults when used as medicine short-term. In some people, parsley can cause allergic skin reactions. Consuming very large amounts of parsley can cause other side effects like “tired blood” (anemia) and liver or kidney problems.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding : Parsley in food amounts is fine, but parsley in the larger medicinal amounts is LIKELY UNSAFE when taken by mouth during pregnancy. Parsley has been used to cause an abortion and to start menstrual flow .
Parsley seed oil applied to the skin can cause the skin to become extra sensitive to the sun and cause a rash. Not enough is known about the safety of applying parsley root and leaf to the skin .

Not enough is known about the safety of using parsley in medicinal amounts during breast-feeding. It’s best not to use more than typical food amounts of parsley .

Fluid retention (edema) : There is a concern that parsley might cause the body to hold onto sodium (salt), and this increases water retention.

High blood pressure : There is a concern that parsley might cause the body to hold onto sodium (salt), and this could make high blood pressure worse.

Kidney disease : Don’t take parsley if you have kidney disease. Parsley contains chemicals that can make kidney disease worse.

  •       Turmeric (Curcumin ) : 
According to the Journal of the American Chemical Society, turmeric contains a wide range of antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anticarcinogenic,balances hormons, antimutagenic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also loaded with many healthy nutrients such as protein, dietary fiber, niacin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, sodium, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and zinc , to Detoxify Your Body Naturally and used in a form of a mask to treat acne . Due to all these factors, turmeric is often used to treat a wide variety of health problems.

- When to Avoid Turmeric :


"1.  It is suggested to avoid turmeric intake during pregnancy due to risk of pre-mature uterine contractions, uterine bleeding or painful uterine spasms. Not enough data is available to support the intake of turmeric in breast-feeding mothers and therefore most healthcare providers suggest avoiding turmeric during lactation period.

2.  Turmeric intake is associated with aggravation of gallbladder dysfunction and is best avoided in the setting of bile-duct obstruction.

3.  Turmeric interferes with normal blood clotting and should be stopped at least 2 months in advance of any major surgery

4.  Turmeric increases the secretion of gastric acid and thus should be avoided in known patients of dyspepsia and gastro-esophageal reflux disease.

5.  If you have a known history of allergy to organic coloring agents (especially yellow colored agents that include curcumin, there are fair chances that you will also be allergic to turmeric. In addition, since turmeric and ginger are members of same family, individuals who have allergy to any member of ginger family may also develop reaction to turmeric. "
