Hair and scalp care: the virtues of baking soda:

What do we need :

Baking Soda .

Apple vinegar .

Water .

Essential oils to flavor or even increase some properties ( lavender, peppermint, tea tree oil,.., and/or rosemary essential oil ) .

How to prepare it?

Dissolve one tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and fill the first bottle with this mixture. This mixture is actually the shampoo itself, so it will be possible to increase or reduce the amount of baking soda depending on the type of hair (more or less fat). The more greasy hair, the more baking soda you need to add.

The application of the baking soda can be supplemented by rinsing with apple vinegar for further gloss.

Mix a quarter glass of apple vinegar and a glass of water and fill the second bottle. This second mixture will serve as a conditioner and in the same way, we will adjust the amount of vinegar to our hair type. The more the hair is dry, the more vinegar will be added.

To avoid the vinegar smell, add a few drops of lavender, peppermint, and/or rosemary essential oil to the vinegar mixture.

How to apply it?

Apply the mixture containing the baking soda to different places in the head and massage gently .

Rinse with water. Your hair will become a bit rough, but the vinegar will then balance your pH again.

Then apply the vinegar mixture and rinse again.

Note: it is advisable not to apply the mixture near the eyes.
